Alex Montealegre
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Creator & founder of The Triple Threat Theatre Festival. Theatre director, producer and acting coach. Born in Colombia. She began her theatre career 20 years ago. Through her professional journey Alex, has enriched her experience and career through extensive training programs such as Actors Direction, Therapeutic Theater, Management and Theatre Production, The Voice of the Body, among others. Her exposure to television production eventually served as the foundation for the creation of a very successful artistic centre for children, young and adults focusing on Theatre and the Arts, which is now the base for the success of the Mississauga Players Theatre Charity Organization. In 2019 The Mississauga Heritage Organization gave Alex Montealegre the Cultural Heritage Award. This is in recognition of her engagement in the community in celebrating the city of Mississauga’s diverse cultural heritages.
Vicky Chiappari
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Founder of The Triple Threat Theatre Festival. Actress, Theatre Producer, Social Communicator, and Real Estate Agent born in Argentina. Mother of two amazing girls, Celeste, and Sol. In Buenos Aires, she enrolled in acting classes with the well-known director, playwriter, and actor Norman Briski. This talented actress began her acting career exploring various fields of classical and contemporary theater. Years later; Vicky takes her suitcase, packs up her dreams and moves to Vancouver, Canada. It was when she moves to Mississauga where Vicky meets the stage again, participating in numerous plays. Vicky was the co-founder of the Children’s Art Center.
Alexandra González
PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Born and raised in beautiful Colombia. Alexandra has made a part of her the Canadian multicultural and inclusive spirit. An engineer with years of experience in consultancy, she found her passion in education, theatre, coaching and human development. Her dreams are big and wide, as the country she lives in, never forgetting her Latino roots. She believes in people, their intrinsic goodness and the possibilities that are in the human heart.
